We booked a recently renovated king room at this centrally located venue right next to St Thomas.

I was offered a really tasty and very good breakfast with good quality ingredients and great vegetarian options, for instance.

Spotlessly clean property with exceptionally attentive staff from people working behind the bar to management. Reasonably priced and extremely PLEASANT rooms and down pillows. Big bed and a pleasant view.

The room in the front was a great deal and super cozy when I got there. 🌟

Fresh breakfast selection for all tastes with juice, black pudding, fruit salad.

The stay here was comfortable for the worse since our last visit. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Elements. It was located in a lovely area just next door to the restaurant and shops.

The staff - some of them were relaxed.

The newly remodelled room was fashionable and had coffee. the food in the dining room was delicious. - the location of the inn is great and lovely, close to the Toll House Inn on the edge of Lancaster's main center.

Perfect and handy location, we enjoyed staying here.

The restaurant was nice for our evening meal, and we both ordered amazing dishes. the bed was really nice. - Very friendly staff at the reception desk. - the location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Williamson Park. - There were the main shopping center and shopping centers around the hotel.

The location was unbeatable for traveling around Lancaster, really close to a nearby festival in the city and the railway station.

we loved the hotel but parking was difficult in allocated spaces because of cars parked on other side of road but this problem not unique to your hotel
